Sharing: Allow visitors to like photos on share links

Describe what problem this solves and why this would be valuable to many users

I am seeking an option for shared folders to be reviewable using either a like/❤️ and (preferably)/or a color tag or a star/number rating system. This feature should be applicable by anyone with the shared link (if this feature is activated as a toggle option) and needs to sync back to the admin user/the album itself.

Something akin to Capture One Collaboration Live or PicDrop comes to mind. The reviewer can access the shared folder and view the uploaded pictures. The reviewer should then have the option to interactively provide their selection/approval/rating via either a like/❤️ and either a color or a star/number rating on the shared images. This needs to be linked back to the sharer/admin of the site, so the review can be applied to the selection of the image pool.

Describe alternatives you've considered

There are no viable alternatives other than deleting PhotoPrism and resuming payments for Capture One Collaboration or PicDrop.

Additional context

We intend to use Photoprism as a review/selection/customer image-sharing tool. We do not wish to use it to display a portfolio. Anyone with the link to a folder should be able to modify the selection/review scoring. Ideally, alterations should be logged and reversible in case of a misclick or accidental access.

Implementing this feature would significantly enhance Photoprism, making it a valid and suitable tool for countless photographers and videographers as an Open Source client reviewing tool.

In the future, we plan to offer logged in users the option to like and comment on photos that have been shared with them. Anonymous likes via sharing links could then be a useful addition.
