Until then, can you deactivate the Gutenberg plugin and see how it works with the WordPress core version?

@brambeekman I'm planning on getting rid of the Gutenberg plugin requirements as a separate plugin and making some adjustments to the theme. For now, you can rollback the plugin to the 15.5 version as mentioned here.
