Bug: Workflow/bot user authentication is inconsistent #64

Occasionally, the workflow fails because the bot user does not have the appropriate permissions to the project that they've created.

Retrying usually works, so maybe for now include a retry on failure, and should it fail after that delete the project automatically (at this stage at least)
