how do I customized the space of first bar and the y axis

Hi ,

I was wondering if it is possible to change the distance of y axis and the first bar. as you can see in this picture it kinda looks weird like this. If not, maybe there's a way to make all the spaces between bars same as y axis to first bar.

I was wondering also if its possible to the labels to the bottom right instead of having it center.
