fix: esm/cjs exports

Why

• resolves [bug]: ESM failed to resolve with Webpack #2097
• resolves bug in @react-spring drei#1311
• closes fix: specify extension for ESM export #2099

What

• Changes how the types package is built to ensure it's using the same build setup as other packages to incl. main and module exports.
