Net module support common multimedia protocol

So far, Poco has implemented the complete HTTP and FTP protocols. In the past, this was enough, but with the development of the network, the popularity and utilization of multimedia technology are very high.

Common streaming media protocols such as RTMP, RTSP, HTTP FLV, HTTP DASH, and WebRtc. And a series of dependencies supporting the implementation of these protocols, such as SDP, RTP (RTCP), etc.

Can Poco provide or consider adding these application scenarios?

I think these protocols are very common for an embedded terminal.
