reshare a file from oc to nc by remote group is failed

I shared a file from NC to [email protected]

then reshared the file with another group in NC again (totally different than file owner)

But it raise the already shared error.

I test it for the user as well and it has same error

the same issue is obviously reproducible for resharing file from NC to OC
