How regularly should I update my code?

Hi,
I'm tired of Instagram's API limitations and want to try this scrapper. This looks pretty much good.

Just a question,
Do I need to update the composer vendors every time? If Yes, then after how many days/periods should I update it?

I'm basically using this script over shared hosting so it is not easier for me to keep updating the script regularly.
