does not work with SASS mixins and ampersand selector

The following code incorrectly lints: Invalid component selector "&:hover"

@mixin link {
  color: blue;

  &:hover {
    color: red;
  }
}

.link {
  @include link();
}

Note
With declarative style of Less this is not a problem.
