Description

According to RFC-1123 and k8s wiki, DNS label name should be no more than 63 characters. Currently Segment Store service name suffix already has 30 characters, which only left too little room for a customized name for Pravega apps. We need a way to shorten the suffix in the DNS labels to make rooms for customized app name.
