CodePen issues: Mega Tracker

Tracking issue for codepen weirdness.

Default browser for all of these is the latest Chrome unless otherwise specified:

• Getting 403 error when opening the codepen.
  static.adsafeprotected.com/ Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

• Accordion Codepen: Expanding the accordion doesn't trigger the status.

• Alert Label Codepen: Label expended to fill the width of the output container.

• App header Codepen: Getting a 500 error:
  polygit.org/px-+PredixDev+/webcomponentsjs+v0.7.24/polymer+v1.9.1/components/px-app-header/px-app-header.html Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

• App-nav: Selected-meta doesn't render in codepen when selecting items.

• Breadcrumbs: breadcrumbs don't render in codepen's output container.

• Clipboard: all icons missing in codepen's output container (for copy/cut tabs).

• Clipboard(Copy String tab): Copy icon renders in codepens' output container however, it's not selectable.

• Context Browser: Nothing renders in codepen's output container.

• px-simple-area-chart: Nothing renders, errors:

Accordion - the status trigger is just something to demo the functionality, the dev has to integrate with the action button manually.
