p-slider does not react when clicking on bar in some cases

Current behavior
After dragging the slider handle to either 0 or 100 and releasing the mouse button outside of the slider, a subsequent click on the bar will be ignored

Another click afterwards works as expected

Expected behavior
The value should always update when clicking the bar
