DataTable rowGroupMode subheader inconsistent between tailwind.primevue.org and primevue.org. #381

When groupRowsBy is set, and rowGroupMode is set as subheader in the DataTable component is different in the tailwind version of primevue:

it has a 1px space above the subheader
it has no borders on the top and bottom of the subheader
