Describe the bug
In our documentation for spacing, we list $spacer-0 as a acceptable spacer variable, but $spacer-0 is not included in https://github.com/primer/primer/blob/master/modules/primer-support/lib/variables/layout.scss#L24

To Reproduce

Expected behavior
Expect that $spacer-0 is a valid spacing alias
