Motivation

With our recent MACI v1.2 release, we now support both quadratic & non-quadratic voting (previously was JUST quadratic voting)

Let's create a new docs page (Voting Strategies, or something along those lines?) where we explain these options & how to configure MACI with the option that fits the user's needs
