Inclusion of the Spanish translation of the README

I would like to request the inclusion of the Spanish translation of the README file for Nuclei.

Describe the use case of this feature:

This feature request is motivated by the need to make Nuclei more accessible to Spanish-speaking users. By including a Spanish translation of the README file, we can provide Spanish-speaking users with clear and concise instructions on how to install, configure, and use Nuclei effectively.

I'd like to mention that the Spanish translation of the README file has already been prepared and is available in the PR #5242.
