Interesting. The tag was there, but not the release. I've created the release now.

Looks like this is because the tag name is not valid. It needs to be 4.9.2 and not refs/tags/4.9.2.

I've retagged 4.9.0-4.9.2 and fixed the root cause in vimeo/psalm repo
