Not work with rules_go v0.13.0, reason:

Removed the definition of go_repository in rules_go. Use the one in @bazel_gazelle//:deps.bzl instead. gazelle fix can help you migrate.

I had a quick look, and found at least two things that need to be addressed.

• go_repository is now part of gazelle.
• //:go_prefix has been removed.

I'm trying to build a proof-of-concept bazel + k8s + grpc cluster, but am stuck here.
