Django EndOfLife checker potentially

This is a reminder to myself.

I think it'd be useful to add a warning to this checker to notify users using older Django versions, especially ones which have passed their end-of-life.

(see https://endoflife.date/django for example)

I need to check because I suspect Django will emit deprecation warnings too so this might be duplicate and noisy.
