Trying to fix the pipeline in #419, I think I'll have to drop python 3.8 / django main but it's looking good so far.

Bad news, there are other issues with python 3.7 and django 3.0 to 3.2, that I don't have time to resolve. I can merge a fixed pipeline based on #419 and release, but I'm not in a position to drop python 3.7 support / older django version support (@carlio is opposed as far as I remember).

Python 3.7 reached end of life over a year ago and 3.12 has been out for 9 months. It seems a bit counterintuitive to omit 3.12 support in favor of 3.7 support.

I have been able to discuss this with Carlio and I'm authorized to drop python interpreter and django versions if required. With python 3.13 out I'm going to upgrade this issue name too.

Released 2.6.0 with python 3.12 support, python 3.13 still has some issue, see #440 (help is welcome)
