Dear Developers,
I'm a newer in swift programing, my project is all developed by object -c.
Besides,I find that the most important part,"TorchModule", which uses “LibTorch” ,is also coded by "object-c".
So it will be better if it has another "UIImage+Helper" file coded in "object-c" version.(especially the "normalized" method coded by "object-c" in file)
