Rename Branch Names #67

Hello, there are two different branch names, python3-master and master. The branch names are confusing. My proposed fix is:

Can we rename python3-master to master?
Can we rename master to legacy? Or delete it as needed.

This would solve some automation on my end and also help clearly designate the purpose of each branch. Thanks!
