Add Raptor Engine Endpoint #1112

An interesting endpoint would be tracking different raptor engines and their reusability.

If there is interest in this I'd like to do more research in gathering the data for adding this.

I have went ahead and created an example of what the schema / route could look like based on this project.

Not sure how doable this would be or if this information would be useful for many people but thought I would put it out there.
