No thumbnail/00:00 for videos above 10MB

Hello! :)

It seems that videos larger than 10MB do not display a thumbnail in the chat (you only see the "Play" button) and are shown with a length of 00:00 until they are played once.

As far as I understand, this is because videos under 10MB receive metadata from Telegram itself, whereas videos over 10MB need to have this data explicitly provided, which telegram-send does not do?

Or am I doing something wrong?
