Include addressing security concerns

So yeah we wanted metric from defillama into the raindex bot, i got hold of reffered their api and the telegram bot api and created a bot along with bot commands. each bot command pings specific defillama api, which are the same api that they use to display metric on their dash and just aggregate the data. for images i used quickcharts.io that lets us generate image urls on fly without needing to store them on any drive
