Validated on rancher v2.10-head using terraform rancher2 provider version v6.1.0-rc1:

Created GKE cluster with terraform, provided config for two node pools - one with service account assigned and one without.
Cluster provisioned successfully, one node pool had sa assigned, and other one had default.
