I am getting intermittent card failure reports.
The payment is being taken but not being reported back to woo commerce so the order it is associated with times out, and is marked as cancelled due to non payment, this is happening once in every 100 or so transactions, and is creating a a real problem as resources are being fully used up and then additional people are tuning with proof of booking,
i have spoken to both woo commence and barcleys and they suggested that all is well at their end so could you look into it please?
