Cannot login to Google, but Google reports application has access and app appears in Music device list #148

I currently use Google with 2FA, but I have created an app-specific password.

I have tried in multiple browsers, but unfortunately I am unable to get the script to accept my Google credentials. I have tried the portion before and including @gmail.com.

If I look at my Google security settings, it shows that the device last accessed my account at the times I run the tools with no success. Furthermore, the tool appears in my list of Google Play Music devices.

Let me know what information I can provide to help diagnose this issue further.

Could you try the workaround in #145 ?

It unfortunately does not work. I changed it to the Device ID shown in the app and got a notification on my android device asking if I had tried to access my account (so something is working), but the dialog box still says "Login failed."

Quick edit to clarify this is not a G Suite account.

Not sure how closely the google play auth process used by @rckclmbr matches what gmusicapi uses - but I've noticed I can't use that library to access my google play music account anymore.
