Optionally use HtmlWebpackPlugin

HtmlWebpackPlugin and hashes are the perfect solution to cache issues in production environments, and would be a very nice addition to the generator.

I know many won't like it to be forced so it might be a good idea to prompt for it, and include the same index.html but dynamically generated to take advantage of hashes.

You might want to add it to the v4 release. In that case, at the risk of being completely off-topic, I would gladly help in this and other v4 features and maybe create a roadmap/checklist to get it rolling.
