This looks good 👍 I might also suggest adding a bit more fanfare around the fact that we've been independent for 10 years, it's quite the accomplishment and we certainly weren't always sure we'd make it this far. This might help even out the post too, as the tone is a little critical/negative in the retrospect, which is mostly natural for a retrospective.
