We received the following correspondence from NHQ's Vineeta John:

Hi Bernie,

We’ll be performing smoke tests on Stage and Prod for SSO this coming week. (This is for an important InfoSec AE support ticket, regarding consolidating the Employee and Volunteer SSO PingFederate clusters into a single environment.)

I have checked access to all of the Stage SSO systems. I’m having issues with DCSOps - https://arcdata-staging.herokuapp.com – ID is vineeta.john {_AT_} redcross.org (SSO ID retrieved and saved in private storage; omitted here for privacy. -@kfogel). Can you please reset access for the test account.
