Idaho and Montana users can't access the calendar pages when clicking month links on the main DAT Scheduling page: https://arcdata-staging.herokuapp.com/scheduler/calendar/2020/august?show_shifts=mine
They see the typical DCSOps - Oh No! (500) in the browser tab.

This issue also applies to California Gold Country and Northern California Coastal users.

The error in this looked like it loaded code that shouldn't exist, referencing chapters (not regions). I restarted the dyno and things look like they are working, at least for one of the gold_country users I was impersonating. If you can verify, we can close the issue.
