The javadoc popup is messy, top part is cut off for large text. Perhaps add autoscroll and improve formatting by removing extraneous spaces.

This is fixed in VS Code, upstream. You can test it in a VS Code insider build (i.e nightly build). There should be a new VS Code release next month.
