Store setup.py

Would it be possible to store the setup.py for python projects (if it exists)? This would be great information to have (eg the noarch migration).

Those typically don't exist in the artifacts so it's a tad trickier to get them.

Right, maybe we should catch those during the hashing process for the upstreams? (Ideally we'd catch this in conda-smithy or conda-build, but oh well)
