API integration - cannot utilize API with transparent background - background remains black #1

I've hired a team of developers to implement this API into a mobile application. They told me they have everything done, however after the video is processed and brought back in with the unscreen having been processed, they have not been able to make it work with the transparent background.

Will follow up soon with example.
