CircleCI executor docker images not updated

Since a few months, the docker images used for CircleCI executors are not updated anymore.
I've found a similar issue in the past #30558 that was fixed.

My CircleCI configuration:

executors:
  base-docker:
    docker:
      - image: cimg/base:2024.07
    working_directory: *working_directory

  rust-docker:
    docker:
      - image: cimg/rust:1.82.0
    working_directory: *working_directory

In the dependency dashboard, there's no mention of those docker images used in CircleCI.

Those docker images used to be updated in the past:
