Old home at SourceForge.net does not point to new home

Looking at <http://terraform.sourceforge.net/> and 
<http://sourceforge.net/projects/terraform/>, the old home of Terraform, one 
sees no hints at all 
about this new homepage resp. source repository.

It would be good to modify http://terraform.sourceforge.net to either forward 
here, or to have a 
text announcing the move and a link to this place.

Likewise, on <http://sourceforge.net/projects/terraform/> the website link 
could be updated to 
point here, and the description text be changed to say "This project moved to 
code.google.com".

Else, many people might not notice this new version (I only noticed it because 
years ago I 
subscribed to the "terraform" status on freshmeat... :)
