audioop module is deprecated in Python 3.11 #28

The audioop module is deprecated since Python version 3.11, will be removed in version 3.13. See https://peps.python.org/pep-0594/#audioop

Rhasspy Hermes is using the module in audioserver.py to compute the RMS of debiased audio.
