python3-pyyaml: add 4.2b2

5.1.2 (which is now in meta-oe) is not really recommended by upstream due incompatibilities caused by the release, which are supposed to be fixed in 5.2, but which is pending to be released. More at yaml/pyyaml#265 Signed-off-by: Ricardo Salveti <[email protected]>
