Support for automatic rebuild when a file changes (using inotify/equiv).

  1. Is this useful?
  2. How to do it?

I suppose cargo-watch watchexec do what you want.

My personal opinion that this functionality should not be part of depgraph,
because of it is not something that should be part of build.rs, it should be some external tool.
