The browser will load everything up to the Tools menu but nothing displays below that point. It is worth mentioning that the wallet connects successfully unlike with Firefox #11

I noticed I was using Google Chrome version 70.0.3538.77 (Official Build) (64-bit) and updated to 70.0.3538.102 (Official Build) (64-bit) with no changes when I reloaded the wallet.
