Rockon port select form (and possibly others) can be submitted #2903

This form: https://github.com/rockstor/rockstor-core/blob/master/src/rockstor/storageadmin/static/storageadmin/js/templates/rockons/ports_form.jst#L5 (and possibly its siblings, haven't checked at the time of writing) has no action defined, and as such will submit the form with a POST request by default. Even though there's no submit button, enter will still trigger a submit inside a form (and thus cause a reload of the page).
