Add monitorng support

My initial thought is to build logging support that defaults to ElasticSearch logging, then incorporate this log into some of the Microphone core features.
This will allow us to see what services interact with each other and how often.

do you plan to use Serilog sink to log eventually to ElasticSearch or Seq ?

That was the plan, I already have a reference to Serilog for this purpose.
But I also want to make every part as independent as possible so users can mix and match in whatever ways they want.
