mkconfig make directories and set full path to configuration file instead of place holder #59

mkconfig makes configuration file including place holder.
I think it is better to make configuration file based on current directory(default) and set base directory with command line.

Description of bellow is wrong.
mkconfig make '.' based configuration file.
