timeline should have additional year filter

I think it would be good below the timeline, to also have the years (of the filtered data) if more then one year, that way you can more quickly move the timeline to the given period.

For example if we pick one satellite and for a filter of 3 years, we need a better way to scroll through the timeline more easily.

I think we were talking about adding filtering to the calendar in Day / Week / Month increments, but Years would be good to if possible. Do we know what library or framework or something that was used to dig a bit deeper?
