While I agree this is unfortunate, I don't think there's anything we can do - this just means the heuristics failed. I'm going to leave open because I want to check that we're not artificially limiting the number of blocks and correctly identified the builder at least that failed, though.

I investigated what I wanted to check and determined that there's nothing obvious going wrong (e.g. artificial limits).
