Consume block attributes from another block

I've not explored this myself yet, but I have a potential use case for consuming a block's attributes from another block on the same page.

You should be able to target the attributes for a specific block as, for example, you may have several blocks of the same type added to a page. I'm not sure what challenges this may pose for keeping the block's attributes in sync (e.g. if the block attributes you're consuming change).

I thought that this may make an interesting topic for one of your live streams. :)
