Baikal version: 0.9.1

I'm not sure if this is intended or a bug but when using caldav with the latest version of IOS, I'm getting a 'Shared with another person' message under my calendar. When I look at said account it seems to be some sort of a system account from baikal ?

If I try the button to "Unshare" my calendar it does nothing and the account is still there.

Here are some pictures (The URL from the second picture is //[email protected]/... and I can't see the rest of it)

Same. And on calendars shared from my wife to me, it shows me as both shared from and to.

I investigated this behaviour and notices that this problem only occurs when the calendar is created from the iOS calendar app or directly from dav.
In this case the 'access' value is not set which leads to this behaviour since no 'shared-owner' is set for the calendar, which seems to be needed for iOS.
When the calendar is created with the baikal web interface 'access' is already set to 1:

This could easily be included directly in sabre/dev and I would do a PR for this.
