How to update the safe version ?

We need the latest version cause our relays are not working.

Incompatibility detected: The current Safe Account version (1.3.0) is not supported. EIP-4337 requires the Safe to use at least v1.4.1.

We try like everything , the issue is when we deploy it on testnet it is v1.4.1 but when we do it using the miannet it is 1.3.0, so we go through documentation etc about how to upgrade the version?
