Can't locate Texinfo/Convert/Texinfo.pm #37

I can't manage to build the epub myself and it seems the epub at https://github.com/sarabander/sicp-epub/ is not up-to-date.

$ make

I'm on Fedora 31. I can't find this module anywhere.

Because of this and sarabander/sicp-epub#1, I can't download the epub.

@DamienCassou I was able to get past this issue by adding the module path to the PERL5LIB. I also had to make sure to use Perl 5.12.2 which I installed via perlbrew and texinfo 5.1 which I compiled manually.

I followed @mauromorales instructions and was able to compile the epub, although I was getting an error due to cover.png missing in the current repo. I simply downloaded it from another of the sicp repos and pasted it in the folder. Really, any png would do, it just needs to be placed at html/fig/cover.png.
